Ingredients
- 30 g basil leaves
- 150 g neutral oil I use sunflower oil
Instructions
- Mix the basil leaves with the oil. Then blend it till the oil is 65 °C. It will heat up from the friction. Feel the side of the blender to check the temperature or use a thermometer.
- Then pour it on a sieve that’s lined with a kitchen paper to clarify it and let this drain in your fridge to prevent it from chancing color.
- Now you can keep it in your fridge for 7 days or in your freezer for many months.Â
