Lovage crumb for a crispy crust

Ingredients

  • 20 g lovage leaves
  • 5 g fennel seeds
  • 20 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 30 g bread panco

Instructions

  • Mix the lovage leaves with the fennel seeds and the grated parmesan cheese. Now blend this till smooth.
  • Then add the bread panko and blend it into a fine powder. Keep it in your fridge for when you need it.
