Lovage crumb for a crispy crust

Ingredients
- 20 g lovage leaves
- 5 g fennel seeds
- 20 g grated parmesan cheese
- 30 g bread panco
Instructions
- Mix the lovage leaves with the fennel seeds and the grated parmesan cheese. Now blend this till smooth.
- Then add the bread panko and blend it into a fine powder. Keep it in your fridge for when you need it.Â
